We Are Now PG😥
After seeing stories of Tumblr starting to delete blogs early, we decided to Tumblr “clean” ours tonight. It was heartbreaking. Almost three years of photos, likes, shares, and nice comments–all wiped away in a matter of minutes. We left some reminders of what once was. Mostly, so we can come back and lament about it😉 Tumblr can take the pictures, the likes, and all if the notes, but it can’t take the friendships we’ve built here, which is a main reason we are leaving the blog active.
We have left our submissions blog, @sharing-is-caring-sunday, up until Friday. After that, we will just delete that blog. If you shared with us over the past several years and want those posts, please go get them now. We didn’t have the heart to scroll through that blog. Sharing Is Caring was a huge part of connecting us to so many of you.
We want to remind everyone we will be here still. WE ARE NOT DELETING OUR BLOG. We still hold out hope that Tumblr will have a change of heart.
We posted our current whereabouts earlier today. We sincerely hope all of you (well, to hell with all the bots) will come find and be a part of our future in a new NSFW world.
So many blogs have helped us along the way, but we wanted to give a last and special thank you to @marriedanducking, who found us and took the time to help us grow from day one up through this week. We would have withered on the vine without his kindness. With around 140,000 followers, it seems surreal even now to think so many decided to be a part of our blog.
We are not going away forever, though, and we will update everyone about our whereabouts so you can find and join us again in a new home. We truly hope we see all of you on the other side!
